技师18人，中级技工80人。到目前为止公司已开发完成了以镁合金为原料的电脑刺绣机主要配件针杆架、机壳、梭箱体、轴承座系列产品。产品经组装投放市场，因其重量轻、强度高、减震降噪，大大延长了机器的使用寿命，且改善了工作环境，使机器质量上了一个新台阶，填补了国内空白，深受广大用户的好评。目前公司又陆续开发了水晶磨珠机、环保空调--冷风机、汽车、水暖管道、电动工具、水泵、液压等镁合金配件系列产品。实践证明用镁合金压铸件来代替铝、锌、铜、铁等金属材料应用具有广阔前景。
